Match the asset and network
Confirm both the asset and network in the cashier. USDT can exist on several networks, and a destination for one network may not accept another. The sending wallet, receiving account and selected deposit page must all show the same network.
Use the current address
Generate or copy the address from the authenticated deposit page. Do not reuse an address from an old screenshot or message unless the cashier confirms it remains valid. Compare the first and last characters after pasting and check any required memo or destination tag.
Start with a controlled amount
When using a method for the first time, consider a smaller test within the stated minimum. Account for network fees so the amount arriving is not below the required minimum. Avoid sending multiple transactions while an earlier one is still awaiting confirmations.
Confirmations and support
Blockchains require confirmations before a platform credits a transaction. Save the transaction hash and monitor it with an independent block explorer. If the chain shows confirmation but the account does not update, contact official support with the hash, asset, network and amount.
Wallet security
Never share a seed phrase or private key. Verify the domain before connecting a wallet and reject unexpected signature requests. Use device security, phishing protection and separate entertainment funds. Cryptocurrency use does not remove the need to follow local law or responsible-play limits.
